The location was excellent and near many restaurants. the tram stop was very close, offering easy access to the city center. i found a lidl supermarket right beside the hotel. It was really convenient for necessities. the reception operated 24/7 and it was helpful.
the room felt a bit small, requiring sideways movement around the bed.

a variety of restaurants are within a short walk, providing many options. pastries and essentials are easily obtained from the nearby lidl supermarket. breakfast had attentative staff who took care of the smallest details.

The hotel was near the outdoor marketwith different food choices.
The pillows were massive and uncomfortable. Replacements weren't available, annoying. I was also missing a shower cap. It's a small thing, but it's nice to have the option. I also found the bed to be quite firm

the hotel is near tram line 4 it allows quick access to the city center. the albert cuyp market is a short walk away and has great food options. i had a restful stay in my family room. the staff was helpful in answering my questions.
the walls are very thin i could hear neighbors talking and using showers. this.

The location was very convenient, close to the Albert Cuyp Market. Clean sheets and a clean bathroom were provided. Staff members were nice and helpful . The hotel's proximity to a tram stop made getting around easy.
The pillows were quite small and thin. They did not offer much support during the night.
