central and convenient
excellent location tram access convenient supermarket helpful reception
The location was excellent and near many restaurants. the tram stop was very close, offering easy access to the city center. i found a lidl supermarket right beside the hotel. It was really convenient for necessities. the reception operated 24/7 and it was helpful.
the room felt a bit small, requiring sideways movement around the bed.

a variety of restaurants are within a short walk, providing many options. pastries and essentials are easily obtained from the nearby lidl supermarket. breakfast had attentative staff who took care of the smallest details.

the desk clerk was very friendly and always helpful with any questions. hotel staff were very polite and available whenever needed. i got a refill water bottles on reception from machine.

soft beds noise level
The location was decent with public transport nearby.
The room was quite a letdown. The beds were too soft. The pillows also lacked support. I could hear a lot of noise from other guests.

uncomfortable pillows missing shower cap
The hotel was near the outdoor marketwith different food choices.
The pillows were massive and uncomfortable. Replacements weren't available, annoying. I was also missing a shower cap. It's a small thing, but it's nice to have the option. I also found the bed to be quite firm

cozy stay near albert cuyp market
tram line food options
the hotel is near tram line 4 it allows quick access to the city center. the albert cuyp market is a short walk away and has great food options. i had a restful stay in my family room. the staff was helpful in answering my questions.
the walls are very thin i could hear neighbors talking and using showers. this.

convenient location clean sheets helpful staff tram stop
The location was very convenient, close to the Albert Cuyp Market. Clean sheets and a clean bathroom were provided. Staff members were nice and helpful . The hotel's proximity to a tram stop made getting around easy.
The pillows were quite small and thin. They did not offer much support during the night.

the staff were friendly. i received a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. i refilled it daily at the reception (a convenient service). the hotel location is near public transport, with access to various attractions.
the pillows were slightly too large, so i found it a bit hard to get comfortable.
